2013 Fender Special Edition Modern Player Dimension Bass, with Rosewood Fingerboard, finished in Candy Apple Red
With the Modern Player Dimension Bass Fender brought us a new dimension in Fender bass style and sound. From its distinctive body shape, to its easy-access truss rod adjustment wheel, and its single three-coil Triplebucker bass pickup and special electronics - it delivers great style and enormous tonal versatility. A good quality specification as you would expect from Fender with an Alder body, Maple neck, 4-Saddle Fender HiMass bridge, Fender Standard Open-Gear machine heads and chrome Knurled Flat-Top control knobs. The pickup is controlled by a Master Volume and a cool 5-Position Rotary Switch which gives a great variation in tone as follows: Position 1. Front Coil of Triplebucker, Position 2. Front and Middle Coil of Triplebucker, Position 3. Full Triplebucker, Position 4. Middle and Rear Coils of Triplebucker, Position 5. Rear Coil of Triplebucker.
The bass is in great condition, although it does have on ding and one scuff on the side of the body (see last 2 pictures) and the bass comes complete with a brand new Fender padded gig bag.
