The 2002 Fender Standard Jazz Bass V incorporated many Fender "firsts," such as the offset-waist alder body and ultra slim fast-action neck. The Standard features medium jumbo frets for a more modern feel, a shielded body cavity for quieter operation. Updated with two bi-pole pickups and American Jazz Bass knobs.
This 2002 model is finished in the Blue Agave which looks fantastic. There are a few small dings around the edges and a couple of small scratches on the back but generally the guitar is in great condition for its 24+ years. The Pau Ferro fretboard and frets are in great condition with no real visible wear to report. The bass comes complete with a Gator hard shell case.
